RE
RE teaches the major world religions. Many of the units of work cover elements of other subjects and especially PSHEE and Citizenship. ICT is used for research.
Geography and History play important roles in the understanding of the development of the various world faiths with the use of dates, historical figures and locations in the continuing story of the different world faiths. Language and literacy skills underpin the R.E. scheme of work and drama is often used to help understand the many stories studied. There will be opportunities for learning through multi-sensory activities and a wide variety of learning styles.
