Over £4000 was raised by the Parents' Association during the annual Christmas Fair. This event, which is one of the highlights of the year, was opened by the school's founder, Daphne Hamilton-Fairley. Thanks must go to all the parents and volunteers who helped to set up the fair, worked at the stalls, baked delicious cakes and mince pies and to all parents for their generous gifts and donations for the raffle, they were all very much appreciated. Thanks to all the staff too, not forgetting our Father Christmas in the Santa’s grotto who did a fantastic job! The atmosphere was energetic, with everyone full of the Christmas spirit. All the pupils thoroughly enjoyed themselves; buying and winning plenty of treats, having a go on the tombola and lucky dip, decorating their own gingerbread men, having their hair sprayed and many more exciting activities.
